Aron Play Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to aron play. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and aron play ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered through the aron play website or mobile platform, you accept these Terms in their entirety.

If you are using the platform on behalf of another individual, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. Aron play reserves the right to verify player identities at any point to ensure compliance.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and use aron play, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal at the time of placing a bet.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by aron play or any connected regulatory body.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of aron play or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

Aron play takes underage gambling seriously. We use identity verification processes to confirm player ages, and any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately suspended and all funds returned or forfeited as required by applicable regulations. 3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on the aron play platform. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the potential forfeiture of any funds held within them.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Aron play will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or phone call. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.

• Accounts must be registered in the player's own real name — nominees, fictitious names, or aliases are not permitted.
• All winnings, bonuses, and transactions are non-transferable between accounts.
• Players are responsible for all activity that occurs under their account, whether authorised or not.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to access or operate your account — is prohibited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Aron play supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods to make depositing and withdrawing as convenient as possible. Accepted channels include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

The minimum deposit is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account settings, though aron play reserves the right to impose limits based on risk assessment or regulatory requirements.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within the same business day under normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay and PESONet may take up to one business day.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been used for a prior deposit, or a verified account in the player's name.
• Aron play is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• A full account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.

Aron play does not accept deposits originating from third parties. All funds must come from an account or payment method legally held by the registered player. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be returned, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Aron play regularly offers promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and enhanced odds events. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual offer.

General bonus conditions that apply across all aron play promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds must typically be used within 30 days of being credited, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Aron play reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, though bonuses already credited and in active use will be honoured.
• Players found to be abusing bonus systems — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts or using automated betting software — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on aron play are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, game, or event market. These rules are accessible within the relevant section of the platform. The following general betting rules apply platform-wide:

• A bet is considered confirmed only once the platform has issued a bet ID and the amount has been deducted from the player's account balance.
• Bets placed after an event has started (for pre-match markets) may be voided at aron play's discretion.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect display of odds, aron play reserves the right to void any affected bets.
• Bets on cancelled, postponed, or abandoned events will be voided and stakes returned, unless the event is resumed within 48 hours (or as specified by sport-specific rules).
• Cash Out — where available — is offered at aron play's discretion and may not be available for all events or at all times during a live event.
• Maximum win limits per bet or per day may apply based on sport and market type. These limits are stated on the relevant pages of the platform.

Aron play's decisions regarding disputed bets are final. Dispute resolution follows the process outlined in Section 14, and all complaints are reviewed within five business days.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the aron play platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other players to exploit game mechanics or betting markets.
• Match-fixing or attempting to influence the outcome of any sporting event on which a bet has been placed.
• Money laundering or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes against legitimate transactions.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing aron play staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the platform's code, servers, or security systems.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

Aron play is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering on aron play, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and improving platform services.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors, verification services, and regulatory bodies is done solely to the extent required for platform operations and legal compliance.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Aron play reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account if:

• The player is found to have violated any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• The player fails to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• Regulatory or legal requirements mandate closure or restriction.
• The player has requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period.

In cases where an account is closed due to player violation, any bonus funds will be forfeited. Legitimate account balances (deposits not derived from bonus abuse or fraudulent activity) will be returned to the player after the investigation is complete and all outstanding conditions are met.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting aron play support. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aron play shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, or match previews.
• Delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond aron play's reasonable control, including internet outages, force majeure events, or third-party service failures.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep login credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms limits aron play's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

Aron play may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify players via email, an in-platform notification, or a prominent notice on the website. The revised Terms take effect upon publication.

Continued use of the aron play platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

13 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms, or your use of the aron play platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.
